It Wasn't a Total Blackout

You Remember 90% of 2008

You were paying attention during 2008.

And you remember what happened really well.

You'll be able to talk about 2008 for years to come...

Even when most people have forgotten what went down.

I guess I remember more than I thought. I woke out of my drunken haze long enough to make a few observations. For example, I remember that this picture is possibly my favorite from last year. Just let it all sink in. The gun playfully resting against the house. You know, just in case. The long necklace whimsically resting against her protruding belly. The fact that she decided to go with the sleeveless top this morning. I could go on and on. Every detail has something special about it.

Ok thanks for this visual. I hope you are happy to know I will be blind for the remainder of 09.

You have no idea how intensely sensual I find that photograph to be.

I'm digging her necklace.

I was in a coma during 2008, apparently.

As for my aunt in the picture, we've been trying to get her to stop wearing the leggings and start wearing tent clothes for years.

Man I have GOT to get me a pair of those shoes?

Where did she buy them? Macy's? Dillards? Neiman Marcus?

I'm sure they can be found right next to the MahnoloBlaniki's

(whatever those are called)

I'm not sure if I should be offended you seem hell bent on trying to find my lookalike!

Sheesh!

LOL

Wow...I don't think I can live up to that sort of class. I guess I'll always be second rate.

P.S. Let me know where you want me to send those interview questions.

gotta love the choice for a near flesh tone bottom, perfect to make me throw up just a little

There is something about the flesh tone legging with the pushed to the max waistband that reminds me of childhood.

Like you, this photo reminds me that 2008 was about the little things.

LOL That is one scary looking chic. Tell me...why do fat women feel the need to wear thin, stretchy pants with little tiny shirts? I bet when she stands up she has a massive camel toe!!

Ewwww...now I threw up in my mouth again. :(

I just cannot quit laughing, that is a very special picture indeed, your blog is awesome! And that soooo looks like a lady who used to work at the same call center I did, cigarette, hair cut and all!

So wrong on so many different levels!!! LOL!!!

On another note, I totally thought of you tonight. I had to run out to the grocery store to pick up some extra things for dinner, and the kid in line in front of me totally looked like the kid from The Shining. I kept waiting for him to turn to me and say "Redrum!!!"

I don't remember that necklace.....maybe I ate it.

All I remember is that USC was upset by a lesser team and that Alabama was #1 for several weeks before losing 2 in a row in the postseason.
