Not What I Signed Up For

I have a bone to pick with Google this afternoon.

I am going to Texas today, so I decided to search Google Images for the keyword, "Texas". Google Images, do you think it's funny to put the following picture up as the third image? Are you trying to make me nervous? Do you know that I'm already nervous about flying there? Now I have to worry about large reptiles? Are you kidding me?

I hope you're happy with yourself.

I have two words for you!

YAHOO

IMAGES

Yeah, I said it.

  3. I wish I could say that the weather's great here. Um, no, sorry but welcome to Texas anyway!

  4. In Texas, that snake is considered to be quite small.

*enjoys piling on when people are already freaked out.*

  5. Forgive the cliche, but the saying goes, "Everything is bigger in Texas."

Let us know if you come back alive...or a zombie!

    Ha!

  6. This is exactly why I left the ranch and moved back to town - rattlesnakes!!! Man, this pic sent shivers up and down me spine.

  9. Really, though, I think if you go to Google Images and enter "Yahoo", you'll probably get a lot of the same pictures as you did when you entered "Texas".

  11. Not a snake person -- no way. My granddaughter wants a snake for her upcoming 7th birthday. We sent her a toy Cobra. Very scary.

  12. Hey, I'm from Texas. I've seen lots of rattlers. Shot a few in my day. Never seen one that big before.

I have seen alligators that big.
